Most people find the best way to find out about TM is to come to one of our free introductory talks. No commitment is implied by coming, you will hear how you do TM, how it differs from other sorts of techniques, and can ask any questions you may have.

The date of my next talk is Thursday December 15th at 6.00pm at The Henshall Centre, Suite 145a, The Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, Islington N1 0QH. (Angel tube station is 3 minutes away)
